Join Our Village
We’re building a community that lifts as it grows — shaping boys into young men, supporting families, and running projects that strengthen our streets. If you’ve got heart, skills, and a desire to make real impact, there’s a place for you here.
From committee roles and event planning to mentoring, workshops, and bespoke positions tailored to your gifts — we welcome people who want to build with intention.
If this speaks to you, step forward.
Your village is waiting.
WANTED: FINANCE Manager
We’re Hiring: Finance Manager (Part-Time, Remote) £17.50/hour
We’re looking for a Finance Manager who understands that finance isn’t just numbers — it’s trust, relationships, and sustainability.
This role sits at the heart of our organisation. You’ll manage budgets, oversee bookkeeping, and keep our financial systems clean, clear, and accountable. Alongside this, you’ll take responsibility for managing subscriptions, tracking income streams, and ensuring financial consistency as we grow.
You’ll also support funding processes, reporting, and compliance, helping us stay organised while thinking ahead — not just keeping things ticking, but strengthening our long-term position.
We’re a small charity with a big vision, so we need someone dependable, detail-focused, and aligned with the work. Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, even when no one’s watching.
If you’re ready to bring structure, clarity, and calm to a growing movement — we want to hear from you.

Wanted: Podcast Team Member
We are recruiting Podcast Team Members to help build and hold a powerful conversation space rooted in real community voice.
This is a part-time, collaborative role focused on facilitating honest dialogue, representing our work, and creating meaningful connections through conversation.
You will be part of a small team shaping and delivering a podcast exploring boyhood, manhood, family, and the realities affecting our communities.
This includes holding space for live testimonies and engaging with complex, real-life topics.
You will also contribute to the development of the podcast, including topics, guests, and direction.
We are looking for individuals who are grounded, reflective, and ready to be part of something growing — where your voice will help shape what it becomes.
