Too many are carrying pain they can’t name, turning silence into violence and confusion into chaos. At MAG, we face this crisis head-on — guiding boys towards healing, emotional awareness, and purpose before the world defines them by their mistakes.
Behind the headlines and statistics are boys who feel unseen, unheard, and unloved. Their pain shows up as aggression, withdrawal, or apathy — but underneath it all is a cry for guidance. MAG exists to answer that call. We help boys understand their emotions, reconnect with their families, and rebuild trust in themselves and the world around them.

Group Work: The Boys’ Development Journey
Our group programme is where transformation begins. Delivered as either a 6-week core journey or a 12-week deep dive, each group brings together young boys ready to grow, question, and rise.
We don’t lecture — we provoke thought, spark conversations, and challenge old stories through discussion, real-life scenarios, creative role-play, and powerful group dynamics.
Together, we explore:
- Rules & Boundaries – how structure builds freedom.
- Masculinity & Identity – unpacking what it really means to become a man.
- Emotions & Power – mastering what’s inside before it controls you.
- Conflict & Choices – breaking the cycle and learning to respond, not react.
- Communication That Connects – speaking so you’re heard, listening so you understand.
- Dreams & Direction – setting a vision that pulls you forward.
No two groups are ever the same. Each session is tailored to the boys in the room, meeting them where they are — and guiding them to where they’re meant to be.
